Myssy + Co Work from home Announcement

March 25 2020
Dominic Myssy

Myssy + Co continues to offer full service to clients as usual, but our working arrangements are changing

Due to the escalation of the coronavirus (COVID-19), effective today we have made the decision to temporarily close our offices and move all staff to work remotely. We will not be conducting any face-to-face meetings or allowing anybody onto our physical premises. Our number one priority during this time is to keep our team and clients safe.

That said, it will be business as usual for us and our clients. Our firm has invested heavily in cloud-based technology as well as transitioning to a mostly ‘paperless’ office. This means that there will be no interruption to our operations. The only change will be a restriction in the options for you to interact with us.

You are able to connect with us through the following methods:

  • Email
  • Video conferencing: Microsoft Team is our preferred platform which does not require you to install an application (we will send you a link that allows you to use the service via your web browser). We are also happy to accomodate your preferred platform by it Zoom or otherwise.
  • Telephone: Again our preference is to use Microsoft Teams however our staff will be happy to call you on your mobile or landline.

We do ask that you remain patient during this time if you have matters in connection with the ATO or other statutory bodies. We are noticing delays as those organisations experience a high volume of enquiries given the current circumstances.

As always, we are here to support you and no more so than during these very challenging times. If you have any queries in relation to the above, please do get in touch.

Please note that we will update you if there is a change in this status.

We hope you and your families are safe.
